Town Hall is a building in Harbourtown. It serves as the headquarters of the Ranger Guild and offers some useful services to the player.
Description
The Town Hall has a semi-modern interior and its roof resembles the deck of a wooden ship. A growing number of NPCs gather inside as the game progresses, who offer information or services along with the occasional Rumour or Quest. Defeated Ranger Captains and some post-game characters appear in certain instances to converse with players or other NPCs.

Ranger Wilma
Wilma can be found at the main desk. After completing Part 1 of Take Me On by meeting Ianthe signing up to become a ranger, the player can purchase upgrades from her with Fused Materials.
