Power Station is a Mer-Line station located in Dino Quarry. It contains the archangel Helia. The station becomes accessible during the Here Comes The Sun quest in the post-game.

As part of the quest Here Comes The Sun, the player learns about Helia and her history in the station, and then can fight her.
