Battles
Cybil can be found and battled in the midst of The Marshes, to the west of the Campfire. The player receives stamp #11 and a non-common Broadcast or Change the Record sticker for winning.

Strategy
Cybil specializes in sound-based monsters and moves in battle. They will apply the Shrapnel status effect to players, then use Change the Record often to shuffle the opponent’s tapes. If a character debuffed with Shrapnel swaps tapes in any way, the new one suffers damage. Cluckabilly’s Echolocation allows it to force out both opponents at once.
Rematch
Cybil’s tapes are all remastered and learned Echolocation, making their Shrapnel strategy more swift and efficient. Their new Smogmagog is bulky, covers its team’s Lightning weakness, and largely benefits from Glass Shards if hit by Beast or Metal moves, as Cybil rarely uses Melee attacks.
