The Traveling Merchant is a character who appears in random location selling a random stock of items and stickers.
Wares
The Traveling Merchant will have a random stock of 5-10 goods. Each one has a 50% chance to be a random item from the Items list, and a 50% chance to be a random sticker. Some items are sold in exchange for a random basic Resource, namely Wood, Plastic, Metal, Wheat, and Pulp at a 50% discount compared to the usual conversion rate.

The Traveling merchant can sell any purchasable stickers, or more specifically excludes stickers with the Unsellable tag. He can also sell uncommon or rare stickers.
