Quest

Meredith can be initially found in New Wirral Park, near the Ranger outpost.

To obtain Meredith as a partner, find her in her home in the eastern Harbourtown docks and talk to her. Ask Ianthe for help with the record and bring her letter back to Meredith.

Completing her quest requires capturing a Boltam to discover Electromagnetism, then fighting Nowhere Monarch at Falldown Mall.
