Cold Fusion is a Ice-type passive Move. It was added in version 1.2 of the game.
Description
Activates whenever anyone fuses. Reduces the fusion’s HP by 20% of its Max HP, and causes it to flinch.
How to obtain
Cold Fusion may be obtained when a compatible tape levels up.
