Ranger Captains are Cassette users one can fight in the Take Me On questline. They are special members of the Rangers, lead by Ianthe. They are the ones in charge of overseeing and protecting Harbourtown from monsters. Defeating them earns you a stamp, and getting all 12 will allow you to access the final fight of the quest. (Note, some Captains cannot be faced immediately, some have short quests that must be completed in order to progress)
