Description
Felix is an artist who likes to experiment in the medium of "zotes" or zoetropes. Unlike most arrivals on New Wirral, part of his apartment arrived with him, allowing him to salvage a few possessions.
Felix is also the creator of Kuneko, who was originally a childhood drawing of his.
