Resources are items that can typically be traded for other items at shops. They are obtained through various means such as completing Quests, defeating Monsters, finding treasure boxes, or through recycling other items such as Stickers or Tapes in the inventory. Most resources also appear on the easternmost section of Harbourtown Beach as a daily item.
When defeating Monsters, the player receives a variable amount of resources based on the Monster defeated and the XP gained from the battle. Rarer items such as Fused Material and Cyber Material only drop from Rogue Fusions, though Fused Material may be received by speaking with Prof. Hoylake during and after completing On The Hunt. Cyber Material is accessible only during Multiplayer sessions, where it is obtained in place of Fused Material when fighting Rogue Fusions with another player. Local Co-op and Online multiplayer both enable this change.
