The article's spoiler section was a stub, so I patched it up. I fixed a small number of grammar issues too |

After each Archangel battle, Morgante will appear in a vision, reprising her song, with another of its bars added to the lyrics. The initial two lines of the song are audible immediately after the fight against the wounded Morgante, while the remaining 8 lines are sequentially added as each Archangel is defeated. Morgante's song varies on each save file, though there are a limited number of places the final station may be hidden. Her song will vary in whether she instructs the player to fly to the east or west, and whether to go to the northmost or southmost quadrant. She will also describe the area's appearance (ex. "dark grass" or "crisp snow"). Lastly, she will directly inform the player what actions must be taken, and around what landmark. If the extra Archangel boss is defeated, Morgante will reprise her completed song, and the quest marker will highlight the exact tile on the map that the song gestures towards. Morgante will reprise her song upon the extra Archangel's defeat, even if the save file has already been cleared. | After each Archangel battle, Morgante will appear in a vision, reprising her song, with another of its bars added to the lyrics. Land of Confusion is the quest that is unlocked after encountering Morgante within Harbourtown Station and completing the tutorial.
Parts
- Locate Archangels to complete Morgante's song, then follow the clues it contains to find your way home.
Events
After the player and Kayleigh encounter Morgante for the first time and defeated the wounded Archangel in Harbourtown Station, Morgante informs them that she knows a way to leave New Wirral, by singing the player a song to provide clues. Most of Morgante's words are too quiet for the player to hear. Kayleigh and the player agree to try and find other Archangels to unlock the rest of Morgante's song to figure out how to leave the island.
Trivia
- The quest title, "Land of Confusion", is named after the song Land of Confusion by Genesis.
- If the player skips an Archangel (except Shining Kuneko) and defeats them for the first time only after completing this quest, the Triangle Man will not appear after its defeat. The defeated Archangel will simply disappear. Morgante's song will reprise, even if the player has already beaten the game.
