How to obtain
Archangels, Static encounters, Ranger Captains, and Rogue Fusions drop Fused Material upon defeat. Fused Material can also be obtained from completing side quests and Ranger Noticeboard quests. Some ranger caches in the world also always contain Fused Material. Using the move Treasure Dig can also yield Fused Material.
Uses
Fused Material is primarily used to purchase goods and upgrades from Wilma. Collecting Fused Material also progresses the Ranger Noticeboard.
Story
According to Ianthe, the rangers collect Fused Material in the hopes of being able to eventually track them down[1] (which is eventually achieved through the Fusion Radar), and possibly put a stop to the spread of Rogue Fusions.[2]
