Acting On Your Best Behaviour is the quest that starts after the player meets Eugene in Harbourtown.

Parts

1. Meet up with Eugene in the Outskirts.
2. Accompany Eugene to the window atop the mysterious office.
3. Find and clear out all the “Landkeeper’s Association” offices.
4. Speak to Eugene.
5. Accompany Eugene to the location of the Landkeeper’s HQ.

After the player meets Eugene in Harbourtown, Eugene can be found at Harbourtown Outskirts, where he joins the player as a partner.

The player helps Eugene clear the first Landkeeper office out in Harbourtown Outskirts by defeating the Landkeepers in the building.

The remaining offices can be found across the map, including Autumn Hill, Mire Sea, Eastham Woods and The Marshes. Clearing all of them leads to accessing the Landkeeper HQ and a battle against Archangel Mammon.
