Sleeping characters can’t use the moves they normally have.
Additional Information
Sleep removes all non-passive moves and gives the user the moves Sleep Talk, Sleep Walk, and Summon Tulpa. Other non-sleep moves can still be used through Mind-Meld or the Shared with allies attribute on ally moves
