Ghostly is a buffing status effect.
Description
Ghostly characters cannot be hit by attacks, but are defeated when the timer on the Ghostly status runs out.
Additional Information
At the end of the ghostly duration, although the animation in-game suggests that the monster takes damage equal to its remaining HP, it actually has its HP brought down to 0 directly, and is not taking damage.
Characters with Ghostly can still be hit by status moves, other characters with Ghostly, characters with the Phase Shift passive, Cold Fusion, and splash damage.
Otherwise, attempting to hit a Ghostly target does not count as a miss and as such does not trigger Pity AP or Jagged Edge.
