Meditating is a buffing status effect.

Description

Meditating characters raise their stats each turn that they’re asleep.

Additional Information

Meditating increases the character's melee attack, melee defence, ranged attack, and ranged defence by 1 stage (+25%) per duration while asleep, up to a maximum of 4. If the affected character is awake, Meditating decreases by 1 duration at the end of their turn, which also lowers the stage of the affected stats.
