Face Down

Face Down is a song featured on the Cassette Beasts Original Soundtrack. It is the battle theme for Ranger Captains.

Lyrics

Let’s go, let’s feel the pressure

Stepping over the line

Give it an extra little bit of a special little flick of the wrist

(Oh it’s getting heated)

Now you’re running behind

Don’t stop don’t let them notice

your moves aren’t quite in time

Cause you don’t wanna wait until you’re six feet under

(Get up get up get up)

Face down

We’re not kidding around

What’s that sound?

Your pride hitting the ground

And I’ve come too far to let them down

All in, we’re all here for the scene

Where it seems, that it’s gonna be me

Walking away with my new crown

Leaving you here

Face down

The remnants of the ones who fell before us

Make the ground that you fall on so

(Get up, get up, get up)

So get set

It’s an arms race

the wind takes

us all on and ups the pace

(Faster, faster, faster!)

Get a little meaner

You can get in my face

Composing my demeanour

Cause I’m meaner

Than you, and you - you will be…

Face down

We’re not kidding around

What’s that sound?

Your pride hitting the ground

And I’ve come too far to let them down

All in, we’re all here for the scene

Where it seems, that it’s gonna be me

Walking away with my new crown

Leaving you here

Face down
