Supply Theft

Part 1

• Thief: Ranger! Are you here to stop me, huh?!

(Choice between "Something like that." and "It's my job!")

• Thief: Fine! If you're gonna fight me, fight me one-on-one!

• Thief: Only cowards rely on others!

If current partner is Kayleigh:

• Kayleigh: Don't worry, <player>! I'll sit this one out - you can take out this guy without me!

If current partner is Eugene:

• Eugene: Go on, buddy. You don't need my help taking on this jerk.

If current partner is Meredith:

• Meredith: A one-on-one scrap? Go on, mate. You're hard enough, <player> - you can take him.

If current partner is Felix:

• Felix: What do you say, <player>? Do you wanna show this guy who's boss?

If current partner is Viola:

• Viola: It seems this fight is yours and yours alone, dear <player>. Worry not - I have faith in you.

If current partner is Sunny:

• Sunny: A "one-on-one" fight...? I guess I'll sit this one out!

(After the fight)

• Thief: Hmph! You're tough for a coward...

• Thief: But you won't catch me! I'm already gone!

(Vin vanishes.)

If current partner is Kayleigh:

• Kayleigh: He ran pretty fast. I'm sure we'll catch him next time, <player>.

If current partner is Eugene:

• Eugene: Despite all that bravado, he was pretty quick to flee, huh?

If current partner is Meredith:

• Meredith: That was a pretty sudden escape. I guess we'll get him next time, mate.

If current partner is Felix:

• Felix: He's a pretty fast runner. I guess we'll catch him next time.

If current partner is Viola:

• Viola: He was quick to exit the stage of battle. I am sure our paths will cross again.

If current partner is Sunny:

• Sunny: He got out of here pretty quick, huh...

Part 2

• Thief: It's you again!

• Thief: You damn rangers are always sticking your noses in places they don't belong!

• Thief: C'mon, fight me one-on-one!

(After the fight)

• Thief: Heh, you'll never catch me. And I'll never give up...

• Thief: Not until the people are free of the tyrrany of the Harbourtown Rangers!

Part 3

• Thief: Oh look. The Rangers have sent the loyal goon to track me down again!

• Player: Hey! The name's <player>!

• Thief: ...

• Thief: Then you...

• Thief: You're the heartless god-killer that caused this mess! You're the one that left Brother Cooper to die!

(Choice between "God-killer?" and "I did neither of those things!")

If current partner is Kayleigh:

• Kayleigh: You're with the Mournchildren?

If current partner is Eugene:

• Eugene: Hey! A lot more than just Dorian would have died if not for <player>!

If current partner is Meredith:

• Meredith: He's a cultist, <player>. Must be mad about that Mourningstar bloke you and Kayleigh beat up.

If current partner is Felix:

• Felix: Wait, so this thief guy is part of that weird cult?

If current partner is Viola:

• Viola: You are mistaken, thief!

If current partner is Sunny:

• Sunny: I think he has the wrong impression about your time here on New Wirral, <player>...

• Thief: Enough talking! Come here and fight me, you coward!

(After the fight)

• Thief: When our leader was cruelly slain, you rangers immediately started trying to "offer us help". Yeah right.

• Thief: Never mind the fact that one of their own is what sent our community into disarray!

If current partner is Kayleigh:

• Kayleigh: You've gotten this all wrong. Dorian was responsible for everything your community went through!

• Thief: The blank tapes and stickers I'm stealing... They're gonna be for our resistance!

Part 4

(Vin lays injured next to a Rogue Fusion.)

• Thief: Just leave me...

(After the fight)

• Thief: Uhh...

• Thief: That thing ambushed me...

• Thief: Why... did you do that, <player>?

• Thief: You could have just left me to rot like Brother Cooper and be rid of your thief problem for good.

(Choice between "You're mistaken!" and "I didn't leave Dorian to die!")
(Jacqueline approaches.)

• Jacqueline: Vin?! You're behind all this?

• Jacqueline: When Ianthe told me someone was stealing supplies the rangers had set aside for the commune, I didn't think it would be you!

• Vin: Set... aside... for the commune? Our commune?

• Jacqueline: Yes, you idiot!

• Vin: But the rangers... They took control, right? Coerced you, and stuff?

• Jacqueline: Not at all. Dorian's death was an awakening for me.

• Jacqueline: When he was with us - when he was in charge - it was like living under a spell. I couldn't recognise what was happening around me for what it was.

• Jacqueline: It is only looking back that I can recognise things for how they truly were.

• Jacqueline: I sought out help for the commune, and Ianthe was kind enough to provide it.

• Jacqueline: You know, we'd be starving by now if not for her support. Dorian had us dig up our vegetable patch to get to that Archangel!

• Vin: ...

• Jacqueline: Come on, let's get you home so you can rest up.

• Jacqueline: <player>, I'm so, so sorry.

• Jacqueline: I've known Vin since he arrived in New Wirral. His heart is in the right place, he's just... horribly misinformed.

• Jacqueline: I'll call a meeting with the whole commune and set everything straight. It won't happen again.

• Jacqueline: Please let Ianthe know how grateful I am to have her support.

Recruit Training: Vin

• Vin: Hey, <player>.

• Vin: When you saved me from that Rogue Fusion, it really forced me to question everything.

• Vin: I regret messing up like I did, but... in the end I did it because I wanted to support my community.

• Vin: So I joined the rangers to do just that! And make up for my mistakes, of course.

If current partner is Kayleigh:

• Kayleigh: Brilliant! I'm glad you're turning things around for yourself, Vin!

If current partner is Eugene:

• Eugene: Sounds like you've found your own personal cause. I respect that.

If current partner is Meredith:

• Meredith: Yeah, it sounds like you've got a lot of work to do, mate.

If current partner is Felix:

• Felix: Glad to see you've had a real change of heart.

If current partner is Viola:

• Viola: All's well that ends well.

If current partner is Sunny:

• Sunny: Harbourtown offers everyone a fresh start - I know from experience!

• Vin: And now I must challenge you for your stamp! Come on, fight me one-on-one, <player>!

(After the fight)

• Vin: Damn... you don't hold back even with your friends, do you?

(Choice between "That's right!" and "I believe in 'tough love'."

• Vin: It's a good thing there are still 12 other captains I can get my stamps from.

• Vin: Next time you see me, I'm gonna be a full-time ranger, <player>!

Friendly Battle

• Frankie: Nyeh heh heh~! Bet you didn't expect to find your two protégés here, did you, Captain?

• Vin: Hey <player>. I've finally passed my training and become a full-time ranger!

If current partner is Kayleigh:

• Kayleigh: I never would have figured these two would end up friends!

If current partner is Eugene:

• Eugene: Heh. I guess these two are buddies now?

If current partner is Meredith:

• Meredith: These two ended up as mates? I guess that figures.

If current partner is Felix:

• Felix: I didn't realise you two knew each other! I suppose it's a small island.

If current partner is Viola:

• Viola: I would never have assumed a friendship between such two different individuals!

If current partner is Sunny:

• Sunny: I never would have thought those two would become friends!

• Frankie: Uh, I have some news too.

• Frankie: My pet Puppercut ran away~!

• Frankie: Captain Cybil says wild monsters don't make great pets, but... I'm certain it was the fanfic I wrote about him.

• Frankie: But not to worry! My new best buddy Vin doesn't mind that stuff!

• Vin: What's a fanfic, <player>? She won't tell me...

• Frankie: AHHHH~!

• Frankie: I demand a rematch, Captain! Me and Vin against you and <partner>! How about it?

(Choice between "Sure!" and "Not now.")
(After the fight)

• Frankie: Ahh... Not again!

• Vin: Chin up, Frankie. We can't win them all.

• Vin: <player>, it wasn't until I fused with Frankie that I realised relying on others isn't a weakness.

• Vin: When we combine our efforts, we're more than simply the sum of our parts. That's what all this is about, isn't it?

• Frankie: AND SO THE PLUCKY HEROINE AIDS THE ANTI-HERO'S REDEMPTION ARC THROUGH THE POWER OF LOVE~!

• Vin: Wait...?! What...

• Frankie: Nyeh heh heh~!

• Frankie: Seeya, <player>!

In Town Hall

• Vin: Hey Captain! Which do you think is stronger: Artillerex or Gearyu? I can't decide.

Magikrab's Gauntlet

(When Vin is on his own)

• Vin: Face me, coward! Don't hold back!

(When Vin is the first fighter in a pair)

• Vin: Let's hit them with a killing blow!

(When Vin is the second fighter in a pair)

• Vin: I'll follow your lead. Let's crush them!
