Description
Snowed In characters are stuck in place and cannot use melee attacks.
Additional Information
Snowed In does not affect melee attacks that only target the user's team.
Snowed In's interaction with Close Encounter and Spring-Loaded depends on the order in which they appear in the status bar. If Snowed In occurs before Close Encounter, ranged attacks will bypass the Snowed In check, then get converted into melee attacks. If the order is reversed, ranged attacks will first be converted into melee attacks and then will fail Snowed In's check.
