Description
Has 0 accuracy if the user does not have exactly 4 AP, 200 if they do. Always deals damage equal to 95% of the target's current HP on a hit
Additional Information
During the first battle with Morgante, she is forced to use this move every turn she cannot use Coda Morgana, even when it cannot land a hit.
